Grilled Salmon with Izhiman seafood spice mix

Add an exotic twist to your Salmon tonight with IZHIMAN MOROCCAN SEAFOOD SPICE MIX, the newest addition to Izhiman spice mixes family!!!

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 skinless centre-cut salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons of IZHIMAN Moroccan Seafood Spice Mix
  • 2 teaspoons of LE PHARE DU CAP BON Harissa
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Mix IZHIMAN Moroccan Seafood Spice Mix with the other ingredients, stir well, pour the mix over the pieces of salmon and marinate for 1 hour.

  1. BBQ Grill: Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Stove Top Pan Fry: Grill/Fryin a frying panfor 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
