Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 skinless centre-cut salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons of IZHIMAN Moroccan Seafood Spice Mix
- 2 teaspoons of LE PHARE DU CAP BON Harissa
- Juice of one lemon
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix IZHIMAN Moroccan Seafood Spice Mix with the other ingredients, stir well, pour the mix over the pieces of salmon and marinate for 1 hour.
- BBQ Grill: Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Stove Top Pan Fry: Grill/Fryin a frying panfor 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
