Baked Potatoes with duck fat or goose fat


Duck or goose fat

Peel and cut the potatoes in nice quarters. Pre-cook the potatoes in water during 10 minutes.They must remain firm.

Then, put the potatoes in a large salad bowl. Season freely with salt, pepper, paprika... And 2 large tablespoon of melted duck or goose fat. Mix well with all other ingredients.
Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish.Put in the oven at 220°C during 20 minutes. Do not Forget to mix from time to time.
